After the expiry of early bird registration dates the fee shall be increased by 10% w.e.f. 06-31 January 2024 & 20% with effect from 01-10 February 20 24.

# Registration fee for online oral and poster presentation (subject to selection) will be INR 4000/ USD 100 and INR 2500/ USD 50 respectively.

• Registration fee includes kits, Lunches, Tea/coffee during the conference. The fee may be paid by online or by direct account transfer/RTGS/demand draft.
• Registration fee for Indian Participants attending the inaugural and an extra day: Faculty (4500 INR) and students (2500 INR).
• For students affiliated to VMSBUTU a waiver of 1000 INR will be applied to the registration fee.
• The registration after the last date may be acceptable subject to availability.
