The Forum provides an opportunity for workforce staff and partners to collaborate innovate and streamline services to improve workforce services. It offers information to enhance workforce services to better serve customers, employers and participants.

This is an effort of sustaining awareness and promoting action for developing a healthy and vibrant workforce, resolve the imbalance of wage increase and diminishing workforce, create new programs and fresh avenues for the worker and the employer, and establish avenues to connect employers, trainees and trainers. These include internships, apprenticeships and job shadowing, provide employability skills to connect the right person to the right job.
